Their website advertises differently than what the dress tag says. I paid almost $3,000 for viscose, cotton, and nylon which is cheap fabric that rips easily. It arrived with a small hole. I even wore nitrile gloves when handling to ensure no snags. Upon reviewing the sewn in tag it said Made in Romania, 100% cotton and viscose. Upon reviewing the website it says “Bust with hand pleated pure silk tulle, 100% Italian polyamide tulle, silk satin lining for extra comfort”. I thought this was a primarily silk gown based on the title thus justifying the price. In reality its mainly viscose cotton and nylon (polyamide). I initiated the return via email within the 48hr window and was told to adhere to the return instructions in the envelope. I was responsible for return shipping which I would have been fine with but UPS told me I should call bc of the damage and scam like false advertising with the fabric and price point. So I called this store and was confroted with hostility and arguments from the store manager who kept interrupting me telling me about their quality control. Well not my problem unfortunately and then she argued again when I mentioned how the tag differed from the online listing on their website. All I was trying to do was get clarity around the 7 day return requirement and if they could cover return shipping bc of this and they would not. I am expecting a full refund just absolute unprofessional behavior, false advertising regarding fabrics, and very sketchy return policies that have 0 customer service.

They are seriously scamming people selling nylon for thousands of dollars (a type of false advertising scam via misleading descriptions). They then have super strict return policies. This company is advertising as silk with vague inflated descriptions online when maybe 5% is questionably silk based on the physical product tag. I found my dress!! We walked in and immediately was greeting by Kyra, who was so sweet! The first dress I tried on was the one and me and my girls were in shock! It was so gorgeous. Kyra answered all the questions we had and they are able to customize my dress with the details I was looking for. She measured me right then and there and we celebrated with a glass of champagne. One of my girls will be back for her up coming wedding, she spotted a dress right away too!

It was the cutest store, just me and my girls in there which I absolutely loved. I felt like it was just a private experience and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kyra.

I’m so excited to try on my actual wedding dress. The dresses are made in Romania and they are insanely fast with turn around time. I wanted a black dress so I knew it was going to be hard to find, I almost didn’t even go into normal bridal stores because of it… but they are taking the dress that I tried on and I loved annd are making it in black for me. Kyra showed me the fabrics together and we made small changes like the height and side of the slit. Everything just fell into place and I’m over the moon.

You come to this very cozy and luxurious store and get the royal treatment with 100% attention on you and your needs. Dimitry made sure he understood my needs and my tastes in the dresses I was looking for. He offered me different styles of dresses and explained the benefits of each dress styles. Most if all I appreciate that he gave me choices and allowed me to choose the dress that I liked the most and felt comfortable in, instead of imposing his choices. He was a great pleasure working with. He is very friendly, polite, and knows his trade. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a beautiful dress to get a consultation with Dimitry. He also took my measures and my dress was ready within less than 2 weeks. This is very fast compared to other stores I’ve been too.
