I called on the day to make 2 appointments 1 for me and 1 for my friend. We were welcomed with free drinks and a comfortable couch to sit on as we came early to try to get in earlier. they took my friend first, and i expected to be taken shortly after but a good 10 mins past where people were coming in and being taken before me. once i got seated (which btw was really far from my friend), my nail tech Jenny, asked me what i wanted but sadly all of my choices, she didnāt wanna do. so i opted for something super simple so i wouldnāt have to feel bad (even though my suggestions werenāt too crazy so i expected someone to at least be able to make checkers as an example) but jenny was very nice and told me that i have plenty of time to decide so i shouldnāt stress. she was very gentle and careful and measured out each finger to be perfect. she the told me to pick out the shades for my fingers and i wrote down the numbers on a paper. she then proceeded to grab all the right colors, except for one. the pink that i wanted was pastel and light, but the pink that she put on my hands was almost neon. i am very happy with the shape but i had to pick something super simple and honestly something that i didnāt actually want. i hope that they can learn how to make some designs so that there is a bigger...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI figured I would give this place a try since theyāre new and I heard good things about them from a coworker, plus itās a lot closer than the other place I usually go to. I am incredibly picky with my nails and I kindly let them know that when I first came in, and apologized if it was annoying. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and understanding, She reassured me that it wasnāt annoying and if I see something I donāt like then to say something, and the inside is absoloutely gorgeous, but the polish is not great. I went in for a shellac manicure and the matte topcoat doesnāt even look like itās matte, and the polish was lifting and peeling within 4 days. When I finished with my appointment I went to pay and the nail technician told the woman at the desk to give me a discount, so I ended up paying $35 before tip. The place I regularly go I pay $30 for a shellac manicure and could go up to 3 weeks without it chipping. The ladies are very friendly and welcoming and do a decent job painting and shaping, but the quality of the polish isnāt great. Itās a decent place and I would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI picked out a blue sparkly gel sample for my toes. After a couple coats I asked the woman who was doing my toes why the color was so light and she explained that I should have asked for a blue undercoat if Iād wanted it the same color as the sample. I found that ridiculous because if the sample canāt be achieved without an undercoat, they should say something before they start applying it. So she ended up doing about 4 coats of the gel. We did get it to the blue color of the sample, but it got waaaay too thick and didnāt set properly and was peeling away from the edges of my toes by that evening. The photos were taken the next day after Iād picked off the parts of the polish that were already lifting away. For me, a gel pedicure can normally last about 6 weeks and I had to remove this after only a few days. A complete waste of money. I am giving 3 stars because my friendās gel pedicure turned out beautifully, but mine...
