
When I arrived for my appointment, the door to their shared building was locked.There was a video lockbox on the door that needed a code, but I wasn’t given a code. I stood there confused on how to get in until suddenly I heard the door unlock. When I entered their suite, the waiting room was overtaken by children sprawled out on the couch, and two of the Flawless Aesthetics employees were standing beside the reception desk showing each other their shopping haul and what they were going to buy next. I was taken back to the room by the woman at the reception desk, and she told me she’d, “hurry” the injectionist back to me for my appointment. When said injectionist -Katy, I believe her name was-, entered the room, I realized why the woman said she’d hurry her along… It was because she was one of the two out in the lobby loudly shopping when I arrived. I told the injectionist that I’d like some botox to relax wrinkles and balance of the lower face. She told me we could do some botox, but that I’d need to return for the low face work because it was filler that I would need for that, not botox. I listened to her advice, all the while knowing that there are many other procedures using botox that can treat loss of volume in the low face. I just figured she didn’t know how to do them or was uncomfortable with them. She then told me that I would need approximately 2-3 syringes of filler to achieve the results I desired. So we did the botox and scheduled the filler appointment for one week out. Two days before my filler appointment, I received a text stating that they needed to reschedule. I said, “hopefully sooner rather than later as I was really looking forward to my appointment” I then received a response offering to reschedule me almost a month later. I kindly let them know that was too far out and that I would look for another injector in the area. I then received multiple texts back that I couldn’t answer because I was at work, with the final text offering me an appointment for the original date they wanted to reschedule, just an earlier time. I accepted. When I arrived at my appointment, I again could not enter the building. I looked for a call button or something to alert them of my arrival, to no avail. Finally, they noticed me through the window and buzzed me in. When I entered their lobby, their waiting room was again occupied by the same children laying across the couch with their tablets. The woman at reception welcomed me, and then scoffed at me for having the small amount of makeup on that I was wearing, saying, “you know we’re just going to wipe all that off, right?!” and laughing. I got back to the injection room, where I was met again by Katy. Katy is the woman who originally did my botox and told me I would need 2-3 syringes of filler to achieve the results I was looking for. I sat down in the chair, and she said, “how many syringes are we doing?” To which I of course replied, “-2-3.” She then informed me that I was going to need at least SEVEN. More than double the high end of her original quote. I told her there was no way I could spend $5,000 on filler. To which she suggested I leave and save money until I had the $5,000. I then asked her to address some of the negative side effects I had from her botox placement. My right eyelid was drooping, as was the right side of my lip. She told me I just needed to give it some time to relax, and that it would look better in 2-3 weeks. I left their establishment in tears and will never return. I felt judged, misled and like Katy was mad that she had to come in for my appointment when she wanted me rescheduled. I do not recommend visiting this establishment at all. The work that was done is the worst botox I’ve ever had and it was just overall a terrible experience. I contacted them to let them know of my experience. They apologized and asked what they could do to make it right.I said I’d like half my money back. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the space was different—secure but welcoming, bright, fun, and girly. It was such a refreshing change from the sterile, bland spaces I had been to in the past.
I didn’t realize at first, but Flawless is a full-service business offering a wide range of treatments like hair services, body contouring, micro-needling, and more. I was there for my Botox treatment, and honestly, I had been overdue for about a year.
I met Katy, the injector, and she was so personable. I was seated in the cutest pink leopard print room with a pink chair—such a fun and vibrant space. Katy took the time to ask about my past treatments, preferences, and experiences with Botox. I told her I prefer to maintain some natural movement and expression, and she really listened. She assessed my face thoroughly and explained the different areas for Botox, along with the differences between toxin brands. I had no idea there were so many options and that the type of toxin could make a difference in the results!
What really stood out was how informative Katy was. She walked me through everything and reassured me about my concern with the treatment feeling too heavy. She used a toxin that was lighter overall, placing it higher up on my face which I wasn't used to, but the results have been amazing. It’s been about three weeks since my visit, and this is hands down the best Botox treatment I’ve had. I haven't experienced any of the heaviness I was worried about.
At checkout, I signed up for a rewards app and received an additional discount, which was an unexpected surprise. Plus, Katy had the cutest hair, so I’m already planning to book an appointment with one of their stylists. Everyone in the space was so kind and down-to-earth, and the vibe of the place just felt so inviting.
