I usually buy fresh juices for my kids from Boost Juice Albury and never had a problem — until about a month ago. One of the staff, Annabelle (had to ask her name while leaving because the experience was so bad), made the wrong drink. When I politely asked for it to be fixed, she started arguing with me, insisting that I had ordered exactly that and she didn’t make any mistake.

Yesterday I ordered the Apple Shift and it was so refreshing! The lady with purple glasses was running the store on her own while it was really busy, yet she was quick with making drinks and taking orders at same time , and even took the time to patiently help older customers understand the menu and their orders.
