Muffin Break Albury — Restaurant in New South Wales

Absolutely the WROST experience I ever had in Albury! I came here again because I bought the sweet and spicy chicken wrap yesterday and thought it was good. I was standing at the counter ready to place my order today noon, but two female staff members continued chatting and took a long time to acknowledge me. They even attempted to serve the customer behind me first. That customer, a lady, was still browsing at the display, not even bothering to look at the server. Was the server racist? I ordered a sweet chili chicken wrap, but she looked in the cupboard for a long time, took one and put it back. Finally, when I returned to the office, I found that what she gave me was a Caesar chicken wrap or something, and it was not what I asked for. By the time I realized it, I didn't have time to go back and exchange it....

This location is going to end up hospitalising someone. On more than one occasion they have given my co worker full strength coffee when decaf was ordered. Caffeine makes her sick and she had to leave work she was so ill, thus affecting her pay for the week. Not only that but this location is constantly burning food or not heating it up enough, sometimes even forgetting to heat the food up at all. Absolute WORST service I have ever experienced. There were four female staff members standing around, casually chatting. When approaching the counter, none of them were friendly or even greeted me. When being served, they all just stood at the counter in congregation rudely starring at me, making me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. Not to mention the muffin I ordered was barely heated up. I wish I could have given a 0 star rating but it wasn't an option....
