Geisha Bar — Restaurant in Northbridge

I wanted to share my experience at the geisha night club. I have lost my wallet around 3am ( maybe its my bad to be honest or someone stole it and bring it back whitout money inside ) i can blame only myslef. I came to the bar to let them know the situation. One of the girl with long black hair called the securtity to tell them I have been discrepectull to her ( i heard the conversation when she spoke to them on her hearphone ). I am extremely respectull person, always, it was a lie. The securiry came and asked me to leave. I explained my problem. 1 of the man understood me and tried to figure it out. He did his best I was a bit drunk but he was extremely profesional. The night was awsome the music was very nice ( true dj who mix a good techno house, serisously if you like the house techno go to that place dj are extremely goods ). The staff was amazing. But there is 1 girl of your staff with long black hair who dont hesitate to lie on the custumer and her own coworkers just beacause she is lazy to help someone. To the owner thanks you for the night but be careful of that girl you will lost some custumer because that girl. Sorry if i did some gramatica mistakes to explain...

I had an extremely distressing experience at this venue. I paid for my ticket and attended the event peacefully. However, I was unexpectedly assaulted by the security guard and banned for five years for so-called “aggressive behaviour,” even though I never touched anyone.

The staff claimed there would be CCTV footage available for review within two weeks, but later they claimed to police that no evidence existed. This inconsistency is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about transparency.

Security personnel at the venue were the ones displaying aggressive and violent conduct — not me. I have since emailed the club twice and received no reply. They also do not answer their phone, which has made it impossible to resolve the issue directly.

I am now taking legal action for defamation. I do not recommend this venue to anyone — especially if you expect fair treatment, professionalism, and safety. No one deserves to be mistreated or physically assaulted by staff simply for...

I wish I could put a no star review for this etablishement. I work in the nightlife since 10 years, I'm traveling the world and yesterday for the first time of my life some people from the team say that I was racist because I was speaking in French in the queue with my friend and some girls get complain (who were speaking Asian language by the way) because they didn't feel confortable. So they kick us out after obviously we paid the entrance and a drink (money money) and for not obvious reason we can't enter anymore, because they didn't have any proof of what I was saying because it was in French. They told me they had to be fair. I'm sorry but if you want to be fair, you kick everybody out or no-one because those girls were speaking an other language too.
