I love this bar, however as I type this, i just gotten harrashed by the boucer called Dan as he told my mates. Apparently I took off my jumper which im wearing a crop top underneath, (for context, itâs packed in here and super heated) and he told my friends im not allowed to be here if Iâm not putting the jumper back on (yes, not to me directly but to my mates). Im sorry but if you got a problem with how a woman dress, maybe you shouldnt work in this industry. Im sure we all enjoy to dress up nice and cute when we are out. And yet, that was very judgy and harrashing. I had a chat with the bartender bout it and she said nothing she could do about it and offer me a free drink. Im sorry but itâs not the free drink I want, I just hope women and how we dress arent sexualised around by men and the men get away with it. Im sure a bouncer job is to maintain the safety for the venue and customers, not to sexualize and judge us at any point. Do not recommend here if you want to look good and feel confident girls x. Im sorry but Iâve never been treated like that by any venue in Perth so this is horrendous and i do not recommend you girls...
Read moreThe door staff clearly have issues communicating and using their words and not their hands. Dragging 4â11 women around when a simple âexcuse me you canât use this entranceâ would have worked. My friend was allowed in by the door man but not security, fair enough we walk away. Then we see a door and a toilet. we walk in and immediately i feel a guy push past me and she gets tackled and dragged the 2 meters to the door. Does that seam necessary for a mistake. The blonde lady needs some more training before being a public facing member of the work force, calling people dumb because they walked into a wide open door that lead to a toilet when they needed to pee seams reasonable to me. I think overall this could be a nice establishments, you can drink and talk to Irish people but when your security are using their job to throw people 1 inch off being in the high range of a dwarf around, maybe question if your staff are trained to handle situations with appropriate responses. The blonde lady is the rudest women i have met working hospitality, I think maybe a career in none customer facing job would be more appropriate as she...
Read moreHad the most awful customer service experience here recently. I went to An Sibin with a group of friends. My partner had spilled some Guinness on his shirt, so I walked with him to the menâs toilets and stood outside waiting for him to wash his shirt. After getting back to our table, our group was approached by one of the staff (a manager I believe) named MONICA. She very aggressively shouted at me and told me to âget outâ multiple times as I had âbeen in the boys toiletsâ, standing very close to me yelling in my face, jabbing at me and pointing me to the exit. She even went to the effort of calling security guards over to escort me out (quite dramatic as I was already leaving). I am a fair person and can understand that if that is the bars policy, and would have left with no qualms if approached with an appropriate attitude and explanation, however this was not the case. Genuinely would give zero stars if I could - 1 star for the very friendly...
