Baskin-Robbins Elizabeth Quay — Restaurant in Perth

I would rate 0 stars if possible as not only did they rip me off but didn't want to give my kids icecream even though all of it was already paid for and the fact they wanted to charge me extra $$$ was beyond absurd!! The girls on shift clearly trying to make some money on the side or something... paid for 2 and was told I would only get 1 than barley later after like 10minutes they decided to give my kids the second icecream. But not before demanding i pay them $6 extra than they said $2 after i was about to leave... than after like 15-20minutes they said it was resolved. They didn't want to serve other customers who were clearly also waiting and becoming very impatient until i had paid them the extra money. Also the quantity or serving scoop was tiny and all melted.... disappointing....

Looks very bad on Baskin Robbins and possibly won't shop there again for icecream as they are just scammmers...

I would so give this place 0 stars if i could. I was so disappointed I could say so many horrible things. Initially I asked what flavours you could have with a deluxe shake she said anything that didn’t sound right as they usually have specific flavours so i went simple and safe. I got a cookies and cream deluxe shake, glad i got a small size it was disgusting the cream there is no way that actual cream, the milkshake itself wasn’t cold as milk was being left on countertop, you could only see a couple of ice creams because they were covered the labels, that didn’t even say what was in them, you had to queue up where u pay before u see what there actually is and if you did look to see what there was you’d lose your spot in the line. I was so excited to have baskin and bobbins as i haven’t had it since...

Absolutely disgusted at the extremely poor customer service. Working in the hospitality industry I NEVER complain but this was beyond a joke waited in line for over 15 mins to choose what we wanted, then had 1st girl ask if we’d cued which we told her we had just to be told sorry I have to serve someone else, and then ignored and then 2nd girl with nose ring again asked if we cued we told her yes and we’d just had to look at what we wanted, to again be told that she needed to serve someone else and completely ignored us too, while we stood watching the people that were behind us in line get served. Ruined...
