Amazing coffee. Ticked all boxes for me. Highlights of my latest visit: Fresh beans; Right dosage and tamping for a single shot; Right milk/espresso ratio; you can taste both perfectly without one overpowering the other; Milk temperature: spot on, away from the hot spectrum. Hot milk can take away the natural sweetenes in the milk. The barista at the Wolf got it right. Not hot, not warm either, just the perfect spot. Milk texture: perfect. I ordered a flat white. They got proper texture for a flat white, unlike some coffee shops which texture standard lattle milk for all beverages; Lattle art: a beautiful rosetta with the proper amount of contrast; Taste on 10 out of 10 scale: 10! Went couple times to Wolf and the staff have always welcomed me warmly. Coffees are exceptional, they have various kinds of options and also a manual brew station that offers premium selection of coffee beans.

The food are freshly prepared everyday, I love the bowls - for a fair price, it fills me up well 🤍

Strategically located, near by BHP, Rio Tinto and many other offices. So if you’re working nearby, you can always passby and grab your coffee!

If you’re kind enough to make friends w/ the staff, they will remember your order easily which fasten the whole process of ordering. You can also pre-order by using an app, which I forgot the name of it but you can find the detail nearby their dispatch...

WORST customer service

I first ordered a pre-made overnight oats which was in a plastic cup. After I paid I saw the chicken wrap in the cabinet. I asked the waiter if I could change to the chicken wrap and pay the difference. He said NO because he chucked the plastic lid and did not want to be bothered to find another lid ... ...

If it was a freshly cooked meal and the cook already started making I would not even request to change. But it was bascially swapping one cabinet item to another...

My advise: when it does not cost you any extra effort, accommodate your customer's needs, and in return they will appreciate that and support you more. For me, this is my first and last...
