This afternoon I made the amateur mistake of ordering a Frozen Coke here in the afternoon before bordering the train, and I can confirm that it will be my first and last time ordering from here.
I placed an order through the app at around 4:15pm. Originally I wanted the K-Wave frozen flavour, however I was informed that there was only one flavour available at that time (normal Frozen Coke) so I decided to order that instead. In my opinion it is not excusable to be out of so many frozen flavours during peak hour, especially when it isn’t a particularly hot day. I have found that this has occurred at many different stores however, so I give them the benefit of the doubt for that.
The service at this store however was completely unacceptable. I placed the order on the app and waited close to the waiting counter. In the past at other stores I’ve been used to waiting for about a minute or two for frozen drinks (even in peak times), however after the 5 minute mark I decided to take notice at what the staff were doing. There appeared to be one staff member by the name of Milo who was running the counter, and at one point I saw that he actually made a Frozen Coke yet he left it on the counter and didn’t call my order number out. As the minutes went by I noticed that several numbers after mine were being called (I was order 131, I believe it reached the 150s) and most of these were smaller items like sundaes. It wasn’t until the 15 minute mark I was even acknowledged and Milo ended up giving me the Frozen Coke that was left out on the counter more than five minutes before.
The management at this store should hang their heads in shame. It is absolutely unacceptable to not only make a customer wait 15 minutes for something that can be made in 10 seconds, but to have it sit out on the counter for upwards of 5 minutes with out the number being called is appalling. Read moreIt just a 5-10min walk from the train station but that is not the problem ladies and gentlemen. This MacDonald’s was the worst one I’ve ever been to. I ordered a medium grimace Big Mac meal and my brother ordered happy meal with cheeseburger, fries and grimace shake.
Like the food OMG can I just say the fries were undercooked and soggy and raw, Big Mac had way to much sauce and looked like a small when I ordered a medium meal and the grimace drink was ok it just tasted like artificial strawberries with a rotten blueberries.
The service was even worst but they were trying. One girl was really nice and calm but on the other hand this girl was like OMG why are they so annoying. And I ordered by machine and it said No.59 and I was like ok and then they called out No.159 and I was like huh were already in the hundreds after 20min of waiting and my order isn’t done yet. Eventually I go over to have a look what it was and it was my order and I was like wat do faaaaa in my mind. Like bro it took 40min just to get food when I could have been home by now and eating ramen or eating KFC and then this lady goes up to the counter and say I am missing like three apples slices a happy meal and two chips and 3 toys and I’m like wait I’m missing stuff, I’m missing the toy a grimace shake fries and a burger. And the lady who was impatient threw the apple into the lady and she went Karen mode. I was served by the nice girl so yah.

Read moreI WOULD GIVE MINUS STAR IF OPTION AVAILABLE ! i was ordering a small hot fudge sundae and a large ice latte on my visit and the ticket number been created. i received my sundae within an acceptable waiting time which was great however i had been stand there keep waiting for my large ice latte. after awhile when i asked the staff over there to find out where my ice latte and the staff response we were currently ran out of ice. i questioned the staff why she didnt tell me that when she called my number and gave me the first item i ordered. she said that how could she let me know if i was ordering using mymacca app. i told her that she got the order number she should be able to let me know whats happening by calling out the order number and i requested to speak tot he store manager, another staff came up and spoke to me also gave me the same answer "WE COULDN'T CONTACT YOU IF YOU ORDERED USING APP". I felt so frustrated and angry of this situation, which mean for me was if i didn't ask the staff about my order, i could be standing there waiting forever until they are closed. IT WAS NOT ACCETABLE AT ALL. i was using a macca app to make an order all the time and it was not happen to me at all. If they ran out of some items sometime which i understand, other store's staff would called out the number and gave me an alternate item or refund regardless i ordered from the app or the store counter. i am complaining the staffs being unprofessional, lack of care, lack of training, helpless, shirking...
