Michel's Patisserie Liverpool 2 — Restaurant in Sydney

The chocolate cake with happy birthday written on it we brought was very dry. The sponge was really really dry, and the bottom layer was alomost crusty. cream was not like cream, it was like a cream out from Oreo when all of us started to eat.

I am not sure about others but I got this type of cake.

I think the shop owner needs to keep the cake fresh with best before dates for the customer service team to serve. Otherwise, they will sell the old cake hard enough to make children loose their teeth. Luckily it did not have any moulds.
