Muffin Break Redfern — Restaurant in Sydney

The WORST customer service ever. The lady who prepares coffee is rude to the core . I stop by for my morning coffee - always buy 2 as I need it in the mornings & they don't have jumbo size available unlike other Muffin Breaks . And to carry of course I would need a tray as we are commuting with laptop and umbrella in our hand. She is very rude & will comment each and every time "get back the tray " "I don't have trays - make sure you get back every morning" (CAFE DONT HAVE TRAYS ) - I GO TO REDFERN 3 TIMES A FORTNIGHT AND MATHEMATICAALY 6 TIMES A MONTH I WOULD NEED A TRAY . MOVING FORWARD , WILL NOT BUY COFFEE FROM THEM SO THAT THEY CAN SAVE ON THEIR TRAYS.. "stand back" - I respect 1.5 M rules - but I have never seen her wearing mask though! I like muffin break's coffee but hate to be treated so rudely every morning.. THE RUDDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.. If you don't like your job, please DO NOT take out on the customers who come for their morning coffees. The Management needs to look into this -...

This place is my saviour each morning as I strut up with a body filled with the resentment and injustice that can only come from having to wake prior to dawn and ends with a different person who skips out with a smile on their face.

The ingenuity of the entire operation is to be admired from its placement (well done Sydney Trains and/or Transport NSW) to feed the crowds of haters as they trample between stairs and platforms to get where they need to go to the angels that work there alongside the sweetest Manuela who always smiles and remembers your order.

Yes, I am reviewing a Muffin place... to be honest I am not a fan of muffins but last time while I was waiting for my train I was intrigued by this spinach feta muffin. I am more a savoury person than a sweet one (I am sweet in nature though😅) I fell in loveee. So today instead of buying one muffin, I decided to buy 4. Guess what?
