You guys need to do a food quality check before you serve it to the customers. Honestly what I experienced today is something that happened for the first time in Australia. I purchased a box of carrot halwa today during lunch time and the lady at the counter handed it over to me. Once I brought it home and tried it, both my mother and I had to spit it out. It seems the food in this box expired some time ago and it tasted foul. It was smelling quite bad as well. We as paying customers expect a minimum level of food quality check before you hand it over to us. We often don’t have the time to check it once you hand it over to us. Very disappointed. Disgraceful. I was a regular customer. Like everyday customer as I work in the same centre. But this lady who worked on 20th Oct at 4:15 pm. She needs to learn some manners and customer service.I had only ordered rice, she Didn’t even let me finish my order and already took my food for checkout. I was also gonna order curry but did let me finish. I asked if she could serve that rice on plate . She replied ‘Do it yourself I’m busy’ in a very rude way. I walked out without having it. The food on offer here is absolutely delicious. Favourite being the coconut potato and bean dish. I wish it was there all the time.
