Salzburg was one of our stops around Europe for our honeymoon, and happened to fall around lunchtime when we arrived. We walked through the high street, taking in some amazing sights along the way, until we found this little gem. It looked to be 'full' due to a majority of the tables having a reserved sign on them, but the tables were empty. When we asked if we could sit, we were shown a seat outside on the street which was amazing. This allowed us to soak in the area, and sun! The waiter was amazing, his service of us was outstanding and his English was on point. He took our orders promptly and the items arrived quickly. Raspberry lemonade was amazing! so refreshing on a hot day. Highly recommend this one! My wife went with the Caesar salad pizza, I know sounds odd! but it was a thing. She loved it where the dressing was found, but a good amount of the pizza was blank base with nothing on it as this pizza has no sauce on the base, so was very dry. Over all she found the whole pizza to be dry. What dressing items she found was incredibly tasty, but overall a shame. So be mindful of that one. If you order olives on top, keep in mind you will receive 6 individual olives which for the price you pay extra is not worth it. Mine however.... I had salami with extra mushrooms. The flavour and texture was mouth watering. We were wondering why they give you a little sheet of paper to go on the table, that's because the pizzas they server are so big they overhang the plates they're served on. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone on the lookout for great food and service.

The best - pasta was very nice. Decent portion and great taste - the pizza size is huge. Be aware that you can easily share this as it might be too much for one. - given the size of the pizza, a price of 12 to 15 euros (depending toppings) per pizza is great value - the place is nicely decorated, spacious and nice to enjoy with friends To Improve - pizzas are huge but lack a bit on quantity of toppings. They could easily charge 1 or 2 more euros and add more topping to it. - we had a funny situation with a waitress when we ordered 2 Coke's and had to returned them as they lacked gas. Instead, we ordered 1 bottle of sparkling water. The waitress, without us asking, brought two new Coke's mentioning that the Coke machine was just refilled and these two should be fine (great custumer service 😀 ). Unfortunately, the new Coke's still lacked gas so we thanked her and asked for the sparkling water instead. She then came back with our sparkling water and added the following comment :" I tried the Coke myself and it has gas, maybe not just enough gas for you" We found this comment completely unnecessary and even ruined the nice gesture she initially had. We are still not sure what she was trying to achieve with that comment

I have never written any bad reviews in recent times but this restaurant really gets on my nerves, violates my patience, exhausts my stamina and dampens my mood throughout the whole vacation! We came in the restaurant without any greeting. After waiting for few minutes, we finally got the table. It supposedly turned out that we would have a great dinner after a tired traveling day, but NO, after 2 plates of pasta, it took us nearly 50 minutes to wait disagreeably for only one Pizza. No explanation, apology for long waiting had been heard actively from the waiters or waitresses. We noticed that lots of customers who arrived after us got their served pizza’s. And finally, our pizza landed at the table without being divided. To add more, no salt, pepper, olive oil were served at the table. We always had to ask for their services continuously, somehow we thought that we were at their mercy for food and drinks. The food was moderately okay. However, things got worse when we noticed that we were all the times glanced by the guys who worked at the kitchen, the waiter, 2 lady waitresses and even the manager. How on earth can you come in a restaurant in the heart of Salzburg and get glanced by all the staffs who were currently showing their friendliness towards customers? Is it only because we are Asian or put under their superiority? Later, I asked for a small Fanta from a waitress (in the picture), she said yes and I waited for 20 mins, no drink had been served. Immediately I asked again from another lady at the bar. She replied to me by a rude voice and left without looking back. Guess what? I did not get my Fanta as a consequence. Then I saw she moved to serve the beer for another group of guests. I wonder if they were really working in the gastronomical industry. No customer service, no gratitude, no respect for customers and even the ability to listen had been lacked from those two ladies. And I finally think that they just consciously wanted to ignore us. Last but not least, when we decided to pay the bill, we waved and waited patiently because we saw that they had to greet lots of new customers. But in return, they ignored us and especially the manager, after being called, he moved to other tables to collect dishes, order drinks, etc without paying attention to our table although we just called him 2 mins ago and he did reply: “Please wait”. How long did we need to wait? 10 mins, 30 mins or 1 hour for the bill? And the final thing that freaked me out was that they DID NOT ACCEPT CARD. They did not mention in advance when we first came in, no announcement was placed outside the restaurant and I did notice some customers before could pay with cards (I am not sure about this so I am not gonna blame about this). The guy did apologise for it but in a very contemptuous voice. I left the restaurant with anger but felt relieved afterwards. Never come to this restaurant again. It ruined all my mood and left a flaw in my rapport towards the friendliness and beauty of Salzburg!

Visited because of good reviews from Google however this restaurant is almost a disaster! Food wise it’s one of the worst Italian restaurant in the world . Before I leave my bad comments about the restaurant’s service staff and food, I’m gonna shoutout to the attentive and friendly barman while we are sitting at the bar for drinks and waiting for a table. Our good experience stopped right after we left the bar area. We were at the table for 5 minutes and was ready to order but no one was attending to us, a moment later 2 guys arrive beside us and the service staff took our order together with theirs. Abt 10 mins later the 2 guys that arrive later than but their food is here. And our food have not come even waited for at least 20mins since order and the service staff is always not on the floor, when we asked about our food, he just said it’s gonna take Long?! We ordered a tomato soup, a spaghetti bolognese, and a half pizza margherita and half pizza fungi. Our tomato soup came 25mins after order, and it’s shockingly a can of tomato with water added (if that’s even called a tomato soup), spaghetti bolognese was okay, and my pizza is a disaster, there’s clearly mozzarella in the menu, I don’t see or taste any mozzarella in my pizza margherita, the mushroom pizza is just okay. Service was really bad and food is nothing worth the amount of waiting time! What makes me furious 😡 was the table beside who came later than us and have their food ordered at the same time with us. Yet their food came first and our food only came after they finished their food!!! We have been in Europe for the last 2 weeks and visited a lot of restaurant in Austria, we have not encounter any restaurant with a service this disastrous! It’s very discriminating! IS IT BECAUSE WE ARE ASIAN AND YOUR RESTAURANT AND YOUR STAFF DO NOT WELCOME ASIAN? I hope it’s just the service staff that was with our table is behaving this way and not the others!

The food was great Ive been to Salzburg a couple times and everytimes i came i would visit this place for Spicy BBQ chicken pizza. It was so good for me. But "IF YOU ARE AN ASIAN" Please avoid They noticably discreminate you or racist even by the waiters This time i visit is the 3rd time And its the worst on 1st January , weve came as a 11 members group and its a busy day since most of the restaurants were closed So the waiter asked me to wait and didnt know for how long, so i said yes after waiting for about 5 minutes i asked him its ok we could sit seperately Like 3-2-4 sth like that But after waiting by for 10-15 minutes, there're many small groups of people like 3-4 persons were called one after one. And everythimes i asked him he just kept saying they made a reservation which was really hard to believe judging from the way they walked in and he didnt check on the reservation sheet. The day after, now i came alone for a pizza before leaving to vienna. Now theres a small table available right in front of the bar so the same guy point me that i can sit. So i sit. After sittring for like 2 minutes the other waiter with Italian accent just walk ti my table and take allthe set up to give to someone else at another table. So when he walks back i say HEY loudly and point to the table and he say its someone's else table why do i sit? So i say that guy told me to sit here. Then he went to grab a menu and a set up for me but seriously ive to many many place for the last decade and i have never ever experience this. That a waiter grab everything from your table to give to another table like that when all the setting preparation just 5 meters away Avoid this if you ASIAN....... one of the most obvious racist restaurant i ever encountered If you dont believe, check out other reviews below. So i was not presumptuous...

It was the first pizza restaurant I visited in Austria. The food was really delicious and it looks like family customers often come to eat in evening. Because there is a place where local children play in the water on the street right in front of the restaurant. Four adults had a meal, and I was going to order 1 pizza per person, but the employee said that 3 pizzas were enough. And she was right. Also It was a crowded evening, so she looked very busy taking orders and working as a casher. Nevertheless, she returned to all tables and provided quality service. (And she has the ability to read peoples’ needs. She will immediately notice what you need, just by looking into your eyes.) And additionally, I ate tiramisu, and it disappeared the moment I put it in my mouth.😂
