During our stay at the nearby hotel, Kaserbrauer, we decided to dine at this restaurant with my kids because it's conveniently connected to the hotel and my kids love their pizza. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by disappointing service, and I couldn't help but feel unwelcome. It all began with our drink order, as the waiter seemed visibly displeased when we only ordered one big bottle of sparkling water (a large St. Pellegrino) and one cola (which was served directly in a glass, not in the regular bottle) for the three of us. Read moreTourist trap with terribile service! I stoped by this restaurant with my family (1-year old baby and my pregnant wife) expecting to have the “authentic” italian food. When arrived we asked the baby chair that came with rest of food, we had to clean it by ourselves, plus the waiter didn’t even remove the chair to give space to the baby. When ordering the food we asked the risoto with chicken (nothing authentic, Italians would have a heart attack reading this) to the baby and asked without spicy just in case: the food arrived with a lot of black and pink pepper all over. Our dishes also taste nothing. Service in general took too long and was poor. Worst experience so far...
