bad service bad customer service one of the guys who work their have no respect at all, he rolls his eye and keep on giving bad comebacks, he doesnt know how to reply politely. he just wanted to finish his work and leave. they dont even know whats in their menu we asked for arabiata and they said we dont hae that on the menu and then they brought it with the food. they serve the drinks hot “ cola “ no ice . and in the salt jar we found some kind of insect. disgusting the restaurant isnt clean at all even the plates and spoons. they are not friendly with kids they talk to them in a bad way. i dont advise you visiting the restaurant at all what i mean by “ they “ is just one of them. and one indian man who works their asked us to leave by saying “ the restaurant is closed” anyhow another’s waitress came and welcomed us in a good way

Food was good except the salad was clearly old A small tourist trap when it comes to drinks, on the menu a Coke is for 2,6eur but when we ordered a coke/fanta each, we got served a 0.5l that I couldn't find on the menu that costed more than 5 euros. A restaurant should stick to menu items and not serve double portions with double price without the customer asking, when you force me into a 5.2 euro drink, then your not getting a tip And they clearly got angry when I didn't tip, specially that there underline with a pen on the bill "tip not included" I say to that "tip not mandatory" we are not in the USA

"We visited this Italian restaurant on December 24th and returned on the 25th because we really enjoyed the food—great quality at reasonable prices. The service was quick. Reservations were a bit chaotic, but understandable given the holiday rush (they seem to rely on quick table turnover). On the first night, we had sea bass and cannelloni, and on the second, pizzas. A special thanks to Enton, the pizzaiolo, for the delicious pizzas, and to Balazs, our server, for the excellent service."

During our stay at the nearby hotel, Kaserbrauer, we decided to dine at this restaurant with my kids because it's conveniently connected to the hotel and my kids love their pizza. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by disappointing service, and I couldn't help but feel unwelcome. It all began with our drink order, as the waiter seemed visibly displeased when we only ordered one big bottle of sparkling water (a large St. Pellegrino) and one cola (which was served directly in a glass, not in the regular bottle) for the three of us. He questioned if two drinks were enough for three people, but I assured him that the 1-liter water bottle would be sufficient for my daughter and me, while the cola was for my other daughter.

We had initially intended to dine in the restaurant, but due to the way we were treated, I opted for takeaway instead. I didn't want to spend more time and money in an environment that made us feel unwelcome. Perhaps the waiter was tired, as it was already 9 pm, but I couldn't shake off the disappointment I felt...

Tourist trap with terribile service! I stoped by this restaurant with my family (1-year old baby and my pregnant wife) expecting to have the “authentic” italian food. When arrived we asked the baby chair that came with rest of food, we had to clean it by ourselves, plus the waiter didn’t even remove the chair to give space to the baby. When ordering the food we asked the risoto with chicken (nothing authentic, Italians would have a heart attack reading this) to the baby and asked without spicy just in case: the food arrived with a lot of black and pink pepper all over. Our dishes also taste nothing. Service in general took too long and was poor. Worst experience so far...
