Huge disappointment, never again

Worst experience I've had at a bar/restaurant in a really long time.

We've booked a table weeks ahead for a special occasion we wanted to celebrate. We were even asked to confirm the booking, which we did.

We got there 5' before our reservation and were told the people before us didn't leave and it was too full, we couldn't have our table. We could try to sneak in to the bar but they don't recommend. We could also try to wait but they couldn't guarantee anything.

Overbookings can happen, I guess?, but no one said sorry, or tried to find a solution or at least offer us a drink for the incovenience caused.

We ended up having some mediocre drinks while standing outside for an hour and of course nothing happened, so we left to a great place within walking distance.

Vienna has so many amazing bars and restaurants, it isn't worth going somewhere mediocre where they have 0 hospitality skills and you cannot even trust a confirmed...

Really poor food. We reserve based on their promotion that on Friday and Saturday we have 6 courses of Tapas. We go there at 20:30 on a Friday night with a reservation, and they say we can’t have the tapas anymore. So we stay for drinks and ordering some from Menu. We order three tapas, here is what we get. The artichoke was really really salty, barely could eat it. The bruschettas, from the size and what you see from pictures, really a small portion, with a really bad design, also not of a special taste. The only thing eatable was the burrata bowl which was again, a really small portion. The drinks were good, so my only star is because of the drink. The atmosphere was ok, but super crowded and noisy. If I go there again, it’s just drinks and not...

Easily one of the best sandwiches l've ever eaten.

I ordered the mortadella and added sun dried tomatoes. It was as close to perfect as a meat and bread can get.

Their focaccia is unlike any l've had before: warm, not too thick, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, buttery and flavorful. The mortadella was exquisite, the sun dried tomatoes were bright and tart but not overpowering. A thin layer of stracciatella tied everything together nicely.

The charcuterie was also awesome and a perfect shared app.

We ate outside, which was comfortable and added to the cool vibe of the place. Service was excellent too. I'd have eaten here every night if I could. Do not pass...

I had high expectations for this place because I read that they had ā€œthe best focaccia in Viennaā€. I honestly was craving a classic focaccia with rosemary and a side of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any balsamic vinegar nor did they have focaccia with rosemary. So I unded up ordering the Caprese with was delicious; the quality of the cheese used was high. We also ordered a croissant looking pastry with pistachio and custard filling .. delicious and recommended. Espresso was below average. All in all the staff is friendly .. the place is warm and cozy but the chairs are flimsy and uncomfortable … I would not go out of my way to come here.
