Jokers Wild Comedy Club — Restaurant in New Providence

I personally did not find any of the 3 comedians at all funny. It was all ball/dick jokes that might be somewhat funny if you were really drunk. However, the drink service was incredibly slow so I was painfully sober through their terrible performance.

The doors were advertised as opening at 8:45. Our group got there at 8:40ish and the doors didn't open until almost 8:55 and by the time we got in it was 9:10. There was no bar so you just had to wait for one of 2 waitresses to come to your table. The show was delayed and didn't start until 9:40 and at that point our table still had not even seen the waitress. She finally stopped by our table in the middle of the first performer but we didn't get our drinks until the middle of the second performer. I asked to close out my tab then because I wanted to leave as soon as my drink was gone but she said she would come back later with the bill. The ($20!) dirty martinis that we ordered were super disgusting and my friend's long island was also horribly mixed. By the time I got my bill and she came back with my credit card it was already 11. I thought the comedians were funny, but for some reason I kind of expected a bit more being in Atlantis resort. They really need to have a walk up bar, waiting for the waitress to come once every hour was a bit painful, then she stands in front of you like a steel door til you pay your tab all while the show was in "full swing" lol. We should have smuggled some booze in or pre-drunk to find the jokes a bit funnier. The 3 comedians or 4 including the host were good 😃, they tried as best they could. Excellent show as always. Not a bad price for a comedy show at a top resort. This was our 2nd time attending and still enjoyed ourselves. I'm amazed how the comedians interact with a table and then create a whole series of comedic jokes of off the cuff. Nice treat if you're on vacation ....
