We had great experience in la friterie. As tourists in Brussels, we wanted to try the traditional fries. We had a great experience here. They have many sauces to choose, the service was great, we had to spend some time reading the menu to be able decide what sauce we wanted to pick, the person at the cashier was very friendly and patient with us, also he made some recommendations. Get in line, move the length of the counter against the back wall, step ipbto the register and then shuffel along the counter back towards the door. Pick up yoir frites at the end of the counter.
