Tasty break — Restaurant in Brussels

I go there for lunch every now and then and was always satisfied but the last time I ordered a panini sandwich on a very quiet moment, one of the ingredients was no longer available but I still had to pay the full price. It would not take long to prepare it “5 minutes”… after 12 minutes it still wasn’t ready even though there was not a single client anymore; they had forgotten my order. When I finally got the panini I was surprised how small it was and it really had no taste (I’m serious), was it because of the missing ingredient that I had to pay for? I don’t think I will go...
