Yesterday, I had dinner with a group of friends at Verò Bistró, and it was truly a wonderful discovery! The venue is new and inviting—intimate and well-designed, with a true Italian touch! The owner is an exceptional person, attentive to every need. In particular, yesterday he had to accommodate me—celiac and pregnant! :) Almost the entire menu can be made gluten-free, and he showed both knowledge and care in managing this! The chef was also incredibly careful about cross-contamination, which is a rare thing in Brussels. Finally, a place where you can feel safe, eat well, enjoy healthy food, and do it all without worry. It’s a place to rediscover the joy of shared meals and the delight of great taste. I had a grilled steak with vegetables—absolutely delicious, and the meat was so tender. My friends went for the pasta dishes and were equally excited about the interesting combinations. There are alcohol-free drinks available, as well as excellent wine and cocktails. We were also entertained by live music, which beautifully complemented the entire evening. In short, this is definitely a place we’ll return to! Highly recommended for everyone!...
