I’m giving 5 stars, because of the potential that I see for this spot, but I want to provide honest feedback. I live in BLVD, and hope to have a high quality pizza place to visit on a regular basis.
Pros: Overall, the pizzas are very good. The sauce + toppings are high quality, and the selection of pizzas is interesting. The restaurant looks great. I love the way the pizzas can be fastened to the tables! The staff were all very friendly The pizzas came out very quickly Accessible bathrooms
Cons: The pizza dough was notable, and the flavour was excellent, however the crust ends were still doughy in the middle and needed more time in the oven or to be rolled a bit thinner. Service was very raw. We had a reservation for 6 people, and after we showed up on time, we had to linger in the entrance waiting for the host to seat us. Meanwhile, a half dozen staff stood nearby, for 4-5 minutes. It wasn’t a big deal, but is an opportunity to cross train the team to smooth this out. Furthermore, our server did not provide much engagement with us. She did not walk through features, nor drink options, nor did she try to romance anything from the menu. Considering the restaurant is brand new, we had no idea what to get and a few pictures of top sellers, or staff who have tried more things on the menu and could sell the dishes would go a long ways. She also did not mention that there was an auto-gratuity on our tab — which wasn’t a big deal — but for a table of 6 it could go either way and we would’ve appreciated the transparency! The music selection is..odd. For a place aiming to be a refined pizza place, our table (mid 20s-early 30s) thought that that rap didn’t seem to mesh well with the food + aesthetic.. especially during Stampede? The napkins are not good. At all. They look like medical gauze, stain easily, and are ineffective at stopping oils & crumbs from getting through to your clothes. Please consider a new option!

Read moreSo good. I can’t believe it took so long to try this place out since it’s so close by.
We started with the crispy eggplant, which was delicious. Even though the eggplant was deep fried, it still tasted light and fresh thanks to the tzatziki and salad topping. The tzatziki was extremely lemony and acidic, which some may find a bit much, but personally I loved it.
The pizzas were both really good, and we both got a kick out of the attachment on the table for the pizzas. A lot of other places use the racks and it takes up a lot of space, limiting intimacy at the table. These were a really cool touch to reduce clutter.
The Hawaiian pizza was delicious and we loved the use of pork belly instead of ham or prosciutto. The pork belly was sliced thinly so you didn’t get any big fatty chunks, it was melty and rendered. The spice from the oil was really good! Definitely had a kick to it
The tomato pesto and mascarpone pizza was good too. Personally I think they put a bit too much of the mascarpone cream. Thankfully they serve this pizza with a lemon to help cut through the richness, but it was still a bit much. Very indulgent. But I understand maybe this is a goldilocks situation because I’m sure some people might complain if the restaurant “cheaped out” on the mascarpone. However I did think the pesto and everything going on underneath got a bit lost with the abundance of the cheese.
The crust for the pizza was fantastic. Really, really good dough that’s nice and chewy and fluffy.
While we were there we saw croissants baking in the oven, prompting us to check out the awesome looking brunch menu. We’ll definitely be back for brunch or the Monday...

Decided to this place out after a couple foodies posted about it and hyped it up… can’t say I would recommend it for good pizza at this time. I know it’s a relatively new establishment, but the pizza flavors need A LOT of work, especially given its price point.
We have been there twice now and tried a total of 4 pizzas. First two times, we tried the margherita and mortadella- very mid. We decided to go back and give it another go. This time we tried the chorizo and tomato pesto (we ordered the pea/pancetta but they got our order wrong which wasn’t a huge deal since we wanted to try the tomato pesto anyways). Both these pizzas were sooooo sweet, like sickly and overwhelmingly sweet… we did not anticipate it to be so sweet and had actually avoided getting the nduja because we knew that one contained honey. We were only able to finish our pizzas by drenching it in the dill dip (which was very yummy). The dough was also too chewy. The only thing I would go back for is the zucchini blossom small plate which is apparently seasonal- it’s so good, so so so good, well balanced, huge portion, loved it. Wine glass pours were solid and priced appropriately. The potential is there! Pizza this sweet is just…...
