Plush imperial — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

The friendliest service I have seen in a long time. We were a big group , and we were welcomed with big smiles. Big groups can get a little hectic for servers, and we initially came in for dessert only but the menu got our taste buds aching to eat. Our server was totally accommodating to our requests. She worked quickly and kindly. And surprisingly the food came out fast (even though she asked us to just be a bit patient because it was only her and her husband working there that night). The honesty was great, the service was great, the speed of service was great.

The food...yes, also great!

Burrito was yummy.. very flavorful, loved the addition of veggies in it. The chicken jerk burger ..it was delicious, we asked for another. The plaintain fries and patacons were a perfect side dish and also very yummy. The jerk chicken was Soo good, but was quite spicy.. I love spicy so I didn't mind at all. If you love spicy food I highly recommend it. My minis loved the patties,.they were perfect for them as they were mild.

The atmosphere of their place was quite authentic. We were told they hold event nights there as well and sometimes bring live bands. Definitely...

What a horrible experience! Me and my husband visited Niagara Falls for a getaway. Received a flyer to a show and good food at the Plush Imperial. Wrong!! We got there at 9pm it was empty. The flyer stated one thing we got another. They said the show will start in an hour. We decided to stay cause the menu looked good.. They told us the menu was cut due to the show ok fine ordered the food oxtails and rice chicken and fries Food was good! Food arrived in a plastic bag and food container like it was take out from another location. Now it’s 10pm still no show. Performers were there but no show they were still trying to set up and get ready. Ordered drinks 1st drink was good 2nd one was wrong and nasty bartender was rude and nasty when I said something about the drink it wasn’t the same as the other she wanted to argue. Needless to say we finally left at 11:15 the show tried to start....

We went to check it out ..first time ..Walking up the music and lights were inviting ...large Patio....Entering unfortunately it was empty.. no other patrons...We were very excited to take part in the salsa Dancing that was advertised .. The bartender was a super nice lady..Full of smiles and very friendly..She made us Coconut Pineapple Frozen drinks..Very good... Its really to bad to see this venue so quiet on a Friday night....If it was marketed better I have no doubt the place would be full..The DJ was on point ..It could be an amazing place to dance and enjoy a new flair...Just need to pull that crowd out of Clifton Hill and down to this place..I've worked with other venues and helped them...This could be THE SPOT....it has everything it needs ..just needs the spotlight put out there...
