Sultan's Mediterranean Grill - The Eatery (Royal Bank Plaza) — Restaurant in Toronto

Rude lady behind counter. She was rushing and dumped our food into the chicken shawarma by accident, big mess but tried to shovel it back out and serve it anyway. She served us Greek Salad from the bottom of the pile of salad so all we had was lettuce - no feta or olives in our greek salad because they were on top. Figured it’s common sense to give a bit of everything. I tried to ask for some olives and feta but she already moved on and I didn’t want to confront her while she was in a bad mood. That was a let down, I felt bad for her.

The biggest issue we had was they changed their meal packaging. Now the meal goes into one bowl instead of compartments like before. Everything mixes together (hummus on top of greek salad, rice and garlic sauce mixed in with the pasta salad, for example). All fine if you’re getting a wrap. I had a beef shawarma wrap today , it was fantastic, juicy , tender tasty and flavourful . I love beef but I do not order it from restaurants coz it’s always dry and have weird taste but sultans restaurant is beyond expectations . Their chicken , falafel and veggi is always fresh and perfect . I really could not leave with out writing a review I would give 100 star . The Stuff and the owner are so friendly Helpful and professional. I believe this is the real authentic taste that u can get . Prices are reasonable and I would say its cheap comparing to the passion they made food with and great customer service I would strongly suggest this restaurant to meat lovers and vegetarian ppl. I ordered from Sultan's Mediterranean Grill for a work event. From beginning to end, Marques was responsive and communicative. We were catering for a group of 60 and he provided us with so many options and incredible pricing. The food and presentation were PHENOMENAL and the portions were so generous. We had tons leftover for coworkers to take home. I wouldn't hesitate to cater another large event with Sultan's. The delivery was smooth and they helped assist us with set up.
