McDonald's — Restaurant in Viña del Mar

The food was fantastic and generally the service was great. 2 things need to change:

1. in the drive through there is no menu out front. And they ask for your order 10 minutes before you reach a point with a menu and even longer before you would have to pay. I would suggest a menu at the start of this line
2. the girl who took our order was very rude and not at all sympathetic to our predicament. She demanded our order now or she wasn’t going to take it. And without offering us options or what they contained. She didn’t even have a menu. When we finally order (by basically guessing) she just left without telling us the price or the things we had ordered.

All in all, I would go back but not to the drive through and have lost a lot of respect for the McDonald...

A BigMac is a BigMac anywhere you go, but I have never experienced incompetence on such a scale in my life.

It's always pure chaos in there, and heaven help you if there is an issue with your order. They lost the receipt for our order and it took nearly 30 minutes to get 2 medium fries because everyone we talked to passed us off to another person, all the while there were dozens of employees standing around doing absolutely nothing.

The food in every McDonald's is practically the same. However, in this one, it was too crowded and there were so many people working inside the restaurant. It took a long time to get my order.
