Tried the branch at Mongkok and now here at TST, it’s not crowded on a weekday evening, you can easily get a seat. Might be chilly as they blast the air-condition. The food was prompt on service and did not disappoint. The kimchi fried udon was beyond my expectations, it was almost like comfort food and we could not stop picking at it. For the pajeon/ pancake, the kimchi one might be more tasty. The seafood version was slightly bland. We also tried the hot plate pork that was delicious, it was sizzling and juicy! Read moreI think it bad value and quality. I ordered seafood and tofu soup which comes with rice. The soup comes in a small bowl filled with low cost tofu and scrap-like bits of squid and octopus, a couple clams, and an egg. There's not a trace of a shrimp or fish. The mushily cooked rice is South China type, not the short grain rice Koreans and Japanese eat. Chopsticks, spoons, cups, water, and order forms are placed on the table for self service, yet when I paid (self service) at the counter, they slapped me with a 10% service charge over an already high bill for the meager portion of food. Read moreService at this place was very poor. They totally ignore customers and have bad attitude. Asked then question about menu they just says write ig down(?). In the middle if the meal the waitress just shoved in to add chopsticks to the box on the table. Can’t they just wait until we finished..? the waitress were just sitting and talking in a table near kitchen had to stand up to get then every time we need something. They didn’t want to assist with anything. Food is very average.. minimum effort. So many better places nearby go...
