It wasn't easy to locate the place. It's on the first floor of the hotel. You need to go up on the elevator. They should've placed a sign or something. The food was delicious. I mean it was really good. However I visited the place pretty close to the closing hour and the staff made me hurry with my choice and it felt like everybody was in a rush to close the place as soon as possible. Prices are fairly high. I would've expected a bit more for the money I paid.

喜歡吃正宗潮州菜不坊一試，地點環境服務的性價比是超值的，是良心經營老牌食肆，在香港已經買少見少，我們有口福識食之士，應該要出街吃飯作為首選之店舖，支持一下。今時今日，估計如果不是老闆們一方面當作自己的食堂，半買半送，否則祈唯利是圖來經營，全部也要投降退下火線結束營業……

Located within the hotel. Service standards are good. Food is decent but pricey. Authentic Chiu Chow (Teochew) cuisine. Of course there are better choices elsewhere with comparable or lower price. We are basically paying for the service and serenity. However, this is a good place for business dinner upon entertaining overseas visitors. I believe foreigners will enjoy the range of delicacies.
