Worst restaurant in HK as a 3rd time visitor and very poor value for money! Waiters do not know the dishes well as they misled us into taking something it was not at all ‘not bitter’ as the lady indicated. When we complained she said ‘oh… really? Maybe you then like the other dish more’… ; also do not take shallot tempura, it came first as taro- so completely different dish and no excuses then they brought what had initially ordered but bad quality, old shallot, not edible and when we complained they just tried to fool us into the fact that this is how it is supposed to be!

No apologies and no offer to remove the two products from the bill!! Acted as if nothing happened.

And it is awfully overpriced for the crap and tasteless food they served!

Dissapppointing and never again! We liked nothing we ordered but the two dishes above were well below any expectation.

Do not go there! They rip you off for no taste at all and poor service! The least they could do was to remove the products from the bill which they did...

Food is ok and not expensive. However the customer experience is really bad.

They kept on reminding us we had only 1.5 hr for dinning and we can only order our food within the first 50 mins. So you need to make up your mind and order all of them, not depending your appetite and mood in a izakaya shop !

What made us uncomfortable was that they kept on urging us to return our seats (friendlily) even there was in fact many empty tables ion the shop and no one waiting outside. Probably because we booked thru Eatigo with supposed 10% discount. However We only save less tha 60 out of 1000 because this and that was not eligible and they still charge you 10% service charge.

I would understand we sign up with the 1.5 hr dining time and for sure wouldn’t mind if there are people waiting for it. However if there is no one waiting, could they probably have some flexibility and not keep urging...
