I have been to many coffee shops around the world and this place needs better management. We arrived at 11am today and our waitress said the kitchen was closed and they were not serving breakfast, we had to ask her to please ask the chef if he can make us breakfast instead of her making the suggestion. The menu should say that breakfast is served only to a set time and would of helped us decide to eat elsewhere. Our waitress was not friendly, she was rude and also forgot my pastry. When she brought my girlfriend her alfajore it was in a plastic package, which at the time she did not want it because she thought it was freshly made so she changed her mind, the waitress answered “ that’s what I told you, it came in a package.”The waitress had no customer service skills. When we were done eating, I had to walk up to the front and ask for our check. I tried to pay with my American Express and it was not accepted, I understand it may have higher credit card fees for the merchant but I wasn’t even given a paper recipient.
