My wife and I were in Salento for 5 days. We tried all the recommended coffee shops for coffee lovers that we could find online. These guys were exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable and true coffee experts. They had more varities / exotics than anyone else, including a few we had never heard of. We tried a red bourbon, rume sudan, paca mara, a geisha, and of course a castillo. All were excellent. They also had all the most interesting coffee makimg methods including origami, which my wife from Japan, loved. The barista explained his process as he made the coffee us and then talked with us about each coffee's flavor profile, in easy to understand Spanish. Loved this shop. Loved the staff.
