A beautiful restaurant located on famous Split coast called Riva! Service was exemplary from start to finish! The food was out of this world. We started with cold dish! Tuna tartare , carpaccio of swordfish, shrimp ice cream was close to perfection! The wine was delicious. The main dish was incredible. The lamb fillet melted in mouth whilst the accompanying items were packed full of flavour lifting the dish to the upper echelons of perfection. Again the wine to match was divine. Although we were full based on the quality we had to try desert and once again it didn’t disappoint. It was simply superb. Luxurious. It was on another level. They say it's a gourmet restaurant, but only what is gourmet is the price. Unfortunately I was very disappointed that the food was max mediocre and it took long time to arrive. Food was very dull and for this price you should get a whole lot of better quality food that's also tasty. Our group was 3 person's and actually afterwords we figured out that it was a lot cheaper for us to rent a car for 24 hours. Hugely disappointed for this restaurant because I looked for the menu and found it very expensive, but I wanted still try it because I was waiting the food to be actually gourmet. OK!! So…… had dinner here last night and couldn’t be happier, I’m not one for writing reviews but this deserves one! the food was exceptional, firstly we were met with a big smile by the staff, seated and waited on with true professionalism, the barman making the cocktails did an fantastic job, they were so tasty! We ate 3 entrees, 2 mains, 2 deserts,4 cocktails and a beer, very very good value for money…. It’s hard to put into words how impressed I was with all of it! The restaurant inside is stunning!
