During my recent visit to aROMA Gelato Experience Boutique in Split, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and variety of their gelato. This charming boutique offers a delightful experience for gelato enthusiasts.
The moment I walked in, the inviting aroma and vibrant display of flavors caught my attention. I tried a couple of different flavors, and each one was a taste sensation. The gelato was exceptionally smooth, creamy, and bursting with authentic flavors. It's clear that aROMA uses high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques to craft their gelato.
One of the standout flavors for me was the rich and velvety chocolate, which had just the right balance of sweetness and bitterness. The fruit-based flavors, like mango and raspberry, were equally impressive, offering a refreshing and natural taste that perfectly captured the essence of the fruits.
The staff at aROMA were friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions and allowing me to sample several flavors before making my final choices. The boutique itself was clean and welcoming, with a cozy ambiance that made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy my gelato.
In summary, aROMA Gelato Experience Boutique in Split is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. The gelato is absolutely amazing, and the variety ensures that there's something for everyone. I highly recommend trying multiple flavors to fully appreciate the craftsmanship and passion that goes...
Read moreGood ice cream and a good choice of flavours. Ridiculously overpriced, daylight robbery. A "regolare" serving costs 7 Euros and change and is claimed to consist of 200 grams of gelato. I do not carry a balance scale, but I'm willing to bet that it was under 120 grams, probably under 100. The cones in which they serve the ice are also preposterously small: they're the type in which decent ice cream parlours serve one scoop of 40-50 grams. The girl at the counter suggested the "special hand-made" cones instead - without mentioning that they charge extra (1 EUR plus change for just the cone upgrade!) for those. Although I said a clear and definitive no to that, she repeated the suggestion again, and when my child said the cone was too small for the ice, she repeated it for a third time, all without mentioning that this would cost us the price of a scoop of ice at a cheaper place. And when paying by card, the option to tip 15% is selected by default. As if I was willing to tip anything after...
Read moreDelicious gelato! One of the very few Gelaterias in Split who concentrate on taste, on the quality of ingredients and not just covering up the flavor by using tons of sugar like most of the other ice-cream places do (note ice-cream, not gelato, because what others are selling is not even close to gelato). I rarely have a chance to try a gelato this good. Thank you for your work!
Note: for those who are unsatisfied with the price, it's not a secret, you could've checked it before you bought the gelato. Your mistake is not a reason for putting a 1...
