Chuan Wang Fu — Restaurant in Prague

We ordered SICHUAN BOILED BEEF and saliva chicken, and the boiled beef is really really not tasty, which was too dense and too salty but the chicken was delicious. We complained to the waitress about the beef, and asked them to do something. But they Insisted on everyone’s flavor is different and our opinion is subjective and they said the boiled beef is authentic, which I don’t agree at all. So they don’t to exchange other dishes or refund the dish. Only can gave us 50% on the non authentic and non delicious boiled beef we only tried first few bites and couldn’t push ourself to eat it.

So it seems like they don’t really care if the food is delicious for the customers or not.

No greeting, no smile to the customers. My son ordered one meat dish and a bowl of rice, but the rice didn´t come together with meat dish. He started eating the meat without rice. After 10 or 15 minutes I reminded them about rice. In the end on the receipt the price of 2 rice bowls were written even they served us only one! My husband didn´t care so much about it. He paid 1060 Kc as it was written and even 140 Kc tips!

Ask for the Chinese menu if you want to try the real Chinese food not just Czech style Chinese stuff from the menu with the pictures. They have got some amazing sichuan pepper and chilli 🌶 seasoned dishes. It is very expensive but at least you get a full taste. The atmosphere could be better, it is more of a buffet than a real restaurant. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the smell from the kitchen was strong and our clothes were smelly even after leaving the restaurant.
