I went to buy there, the woman working there did not speak English and she did not tell me, and she chose for me a meat sandwich while I am vegetarian. I recognized after I paid 209 CZK, I told her I can not eat this and then she sent me another person who speaks English. I recognized it was their responsible person. She came to me, she took my order and as she said she sent me back the money, and she made me pay again 199 CZK. She told me I will receive they money back after two days in my bank account. Today it is the third week, I did not receive the money, and they don’t want to help me to get the money back. They said to me contact your bank because we sent it, but there are no proof of what they say and I have all the proofs. So in fact the sandwich I ate that day costed me 400 CZK and now I can not receive my money...

Really loved this place. It was fairly close to our hotel. After we went here late on the day of our arrival we were hooked. We went here at least once a day thereafter during our four day trip. Great selection of baguettes. The stone baked bread was sublime and the fillings were all amazing and different to what we were used to. They give you potato wedges with the meal which are lathered in tartar sauce. These are divine, just amazing. The orange juice is also very good - much better than in our hotel. The menu is Czech but they have an English menu on the table where you order as well. I just wish there was a chain in England like this. Will surely miss it!
