Mehmet Efendi Turkish Mediterranean Cuisine — Restaurant in Prague

If Google let me, I would not give any star to this place. Keep away from this so called "restaurant". We ordered doner kebab which usually comes quickly in All restaurants. But it took them 45 mins to bring it. What came had nothing to do with doner kebab!!!! There were pieces of chopped fatty meat which was fried in the pan. The meat was tasteless and smelly. I asked my sandwich with yugurt source. But instead of source, they simply rubbed some yugurt on the bread!!!!!!!! It was the worst doner kebab I have ever had in my life. I left the sandwich there but they even didn't t bother to return my money or even ask why I left the food. Besides, the staffs were super noisy talking laudly to some customers who they apparently knew. They played football match on the tv and laudly speaking about the match!!!! Like they are sitting in the living room at home!!! Unbelievable! No respect for other customers. The toilets were too dirty ( at least ladies room). Run as far as you can ! Food is tasteless, service is awful and prices are so high… you sure can find a better place ! We ordered something but it turns out it was not available anymore as we discovered AFTER being served stg else. Yes, no one cared enough to tell us and we were served stg we could not eat instead. They offered to bring it the original food later on as it was « still cooking » but « forgot » and when they remembered we were so desperate after waiting forever and angry we only wanted to leave. I have been there 5 times since they opened. I ate 1 times döner and 4 times İskender in that place in my 5 visits.

Food taste got so much lower since the beginning. I usually go for İskender. It was very poor by taste, no sauce, very dry and very small portion for that price, not served well. One of the most important thing in the İskender is the sauce. Having a dry pita bread without sauce is just a piece of döner kebab on the pita bread. That's not an İskender.

Döner was okay but now good as much as I expected from a Turkish restaurant.
