The Electric Sheep Book Bar — Restaurant in Prague

I think this place is my best discovery of 2022. If you’re looking for a cozy bar with a unique atmosphere, I believe this one is for you :)

Just walk some stairs to enter a world where cocktails and books are mixed together. You’ll find your usual drinks but also original ones created by the staff, surrounded by shelves of books ! I think my favourite one so far is the Mezcal one, but I need to come back to taste the rest of them !!

Please, don’t hesitate to talk to Jane, the owner, and the rest of the team, they’re all very nice and they organise some pretty cool events throughout the weeks (reading sessions, photography discussions, etc.).

This book bar is a "must go!" if you are in Vinohrady and looking for a good cocktail and a friendly staff. The atmosphere is very cozy and they organise a lot of different events during the months, I suggest to check their social accounts for a list of events. They usually host book clubs meets-up, the bar is also a book shop and you can find many titles or order if you can't find what you want. Is pet friendly but unfortunately is not barrier free and people with disabilities will have hard time to get inside the bar, maybe this is the only cons of this place. I recently visited The Electric Sheep Book Bar in Prague and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The bar has a unique and wonderful atmosphere that you won't find anywhere else in the city. The interiors are well thought-out and create a cozy and inviting ambiance. The selection of cocktails is fantastic and the bartenders are knowledgeable and attentive.
