We have been to these place several times and was actually one of our go to place when we want something fast and okay food, but yesterday was such a let down, well, not only yesterday but a few times their service was really bad especially when you order their unli hotpot, I am not sure if they are doing it on purpose to forget some of the ingredients you order, it was always incomplete. Yesterday we walked in, no reservations but we can see there are not much people dining in. There are 8 of us and a kid, but they said it is okay to come in and eat. So we preceeded with ordering some dish, we asked if the dish comes with rice as usually that is the case before, but the waitress said no, and it will cost us 10kr, but it is okay, we said we will get 1 rice each person. So fast forward the food came and they gave us a small portion of rice which we think is only good for 1 person, but we waited a bit as it might be that some stuff are still coming together with the rice, but they are kind of ignoring us so we asked is this all the rice for this table, we think it is ridiculous as there are 8 adults and they gave us a small portion, but to our dismay they said yes, and deliberately told us that only 2 persons ordered rice in out table which is not true, and we told them it does not make sense since we ordered a lot of meat dishes in our table how are we suppose to eat it with out rice, they just repeatedly said "no rice today" and we were like that is no way to treat customers, they could have informed us ahead that their rice is sold out otherwise we would find an alternative food to what we already have, or find another place to go to. We are too hungry and tired to take photos of the food and rice. We will for sure not come back, the people who work there don't understand Danish or English as well. Stay away from this place there are other places with better food and service...
Read moreWe had 2 unfortunate incidents here today. I really wanted to order the mala xiang guo (dry hot pot) that I had 5 years ago. When I ordered the dish, it was wet and had blood cubes. It would have been a courtesy to customers if the menu noted that blood was in the dish. There are people who have dietary and religious restrictions. I would have appreciated a little concern from the waitress when we told her we are not able to eat the dish and took it off the bill. Unfortunately, she told us to simply take out the blood cubes.
Second incident was that my son found a long hair in another dish we ordered. Gross! At least the waitress took this dish off the bill.
Not very happy about our dining experience today. Some advice for the owners, if you are using stock pictures and note that the pics are just reference, it would help that 1, the dish looks somewhat like the picture and 2, to list the ingredients such as blood cubes. It is a couretsy to people with dietary...
Read moreI had an unbelievable bad service today. I particularly checked with a female staff in this restaurant what’s the difference between “Feng Cheng Dumplings” and “Dumpling soup”, she said “Feng Cheng Dumpling” contains prawn, while “Dumpling soup” contains pork. So I said to her “Feng Cheng Dumpling soup”. After long time waiting the food arrived. When I tasted the first dumpling, I found they are not “Feng Cheng (prawn) dumplings”. Furthermore, all the dumplings were all BROKEN, because they were PRECOOKED. When I told her, she said “because you said ‘Dumpling soup’. I explained to her: I did mention the name”Feng Cheng dumpling soup” which should contains prawn, if she was not sure, she should have checked with me, plus that this dumplings had already been PRECOOKED before I ordered. Surprisingly, she agreed what I said, but she still charged me full price, despite the fact I didn’t eat the dumplings after I found them wrong. This was very...
