I had several treatments at OneThirtyLab, but unfortunately the overall experience was highly unprofessional. There were frequent long waiting times and communication was extremely poor. My last appointment was even scheduled on a public holiday — I showed up and the place was closed without any notice. Rescheduling was not possible, and when I requested a refund for the missed treatment, I didn’t receive any response for weeks. Customer service was basically unreachable. Cryo is a fantastic 'pick me up' if I'm low on energy, having an off day or just need a giggle. I love the after effect and soaring energy I have the rest of the day after a one time 3 minute visit. it's addictive.

The Cryo facial is unbelievable if you're struggling with jetlag, baggy eyes or other annoyances like puffiness in the face. The short and sweet 'freeze' gives a non surgical facelift and removes the puffiness immediately.
