Firstly, the staff are an amazing bunch of such friendly, young Danes. Not only did they make me feel so welcome, but they talked to me extensively about their culture, their studies, the food, the neighborhood, and they were equally inquisitive about me. (I was a solo traveler. So the company & conversation were really nice! I feel like I have close friends in Denmark after just one day, haha!) The atmosphere was super cool, as well, and had a very chic, but understated vibe. The place is divided into two parts: a large warehouse-like hall attached to a smaller cafe. Both areas seemed equally cool! As a chef, I will generally eat anything & everything (with the exception of bad food). So I opted for a full tasting menu, and just let my server order for me. Everything was fantastic! This place is known for pickling quite a few seasonal veggies, fruits, and seafood (classicly Danish) in a thoughtful way. There were plenty of vegetarian & vegan options, though I had the Ling Cod which was a perfectly executed, moist piece of fish (I'm guessing pan-roasted and finished in a wood-fired oven... I couldn't quite tell because it was across the large part of the restaurant, which was packed, and I didn't want disturb other diners walking through their tables just to see the oven, though I did REALLY want to get a better look.) It was a great first stop on my culinary journey through Copenhagen!!! Highly...

Tl;dr it's a bit pricy but for an incredible, unique but seasonal and filling meal it's worth the visit.

We made the mistake of not making a reservation for dinner on a Saturday night, and walked in to try our luck. At first we were told no but to try back in an hour and maybe. We came back and were able to be seated at the bar which we were grateful to take.

We took the set menu which gives all the starters and sides on that menu and one main. The food was delicious, the butter pork and ling fish in particular were simply sensational. Full of flavour and colour; wonderful contrasting but complimentary textures that were all well balanced, interesting and delicious.

After our starters the waitress that had greeted us told us there was a free table. All of the servers and chefs were super chill and very friendly. We finished eating after the kitchen had closed and the chefs very generously still made us dessert. The vibe was great, relaxed and welcoming with good music.

If you're visiting definitely worth checking out. Also shout out to our lovely server, fellow Brit turned full Dane, Pia, congrats again on the move and the bike, all the very best...

Tried the restaurant on a Saturday evening in January 2024 (we booked in advance). We ordered the Chef's choice menu, which includes mushroom soup and a fish dish. The food was quite tasty, but not filling. The fish was fresh and tasty, but had a lot of butter and the side was very small (some leafy greens and three sliced of Hokkaido pumpkin). By the end of the meal I felt both still hungry and overwhelmed by the heaviness of butter. However, I'd give the food 4 stars, especially because the bread was amazing. What I was more disappointed in was the service. When we arrived, the staff kept coming back for our order, although we told them we're waiting for another person to arrive. But after the meal, when we wanted dessert, it took a few attempts to get the menus again, and then no one came to take our order, so we decided to go have dessert elsewhere. In my opinion, the restaurant interior is trying too hard to be interesting, and getting to / from the bathroom is not exactly straightforward.

Brunch here - another mix and match brunch concept where you can pick 5 for 145kr. The items on the menu sounded very interesting but sadly they didn’t live up to expectations. . We ordered croissant 🥐 (quite small and skinny but crumbly), aubergine and anchovies (that sadly didn’t taste of anything, not even salty 👀), the flatbread with goat cheese (husband said it was good), the cheese, the chipolata with kimchi (we didn’t see any kimchi on the plate tho), the frittata (good but it was rather cold when served?) and the crepe with tonka bean ice cream. . I love the the crepe the most! It was good but the item price at 50kr hardly justified it, if you want, order it as a part of the menu 👀 . We gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5 for the creative dishes but some of them sadly lacked flavour

4 of us ate here. Two really enjoyed their food - two didn't. I was one of the two that didn't. The potatoes were quite stale and undercooked - the pork neck was really dry. I didn't like the blackcurrant sauce that it came with, but that is more a personal taste thing. It's a cool venue, staff were pleasant, generally a chilled vibe. Enjoyed the disco light vibe when going to toilet also. But it needs a bit more consistency on quality. If my accomplices that had the aubergine and fish bother to review, then I'm sure they'd rate it highly. I cannot, sadly.
