We are traveling from the US and always try to find an Indian restaurant because my entire family eats well. We found India Royale and the food was very good. But, the service and hospitality were terrible. We had a compact double stroller that the restaurant told us to keep outside on the street, in the freezing cold. When we said no, we had to convince them to let us fold it and bring it inside and put the stroller at the bottom level. Then, we ordered our food and they would not make substitutions for my son and was charging us for takeaway containers so we do not waste the food. I understand the holidays is a busy time of the year, but a little compassion in your service towards families with young kids goes a long way.
