Pincho Nation — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I love the concept of this restaurant. Lots of different tapas-style dishes to choose from. The place is themed around a Circus and you are greeted with a little tub of popcorn. When seared you get a table number and you can place all your orders on the app, which is easy to use and you can keep track of how much you are spending and everyone at the table can order their own, negating the need for bistronomics at the end of the meal. We found about 4-5 dishes per person was enough. The dishes range from all over the world and there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the dirty fries, chicken bites and burgers. You also earn free tapas for your next visit depending on how much you pay and we were able to use these on our next visit. Also the cocktails are amazing! Nice place to experience, but we found the cellar/basement a bit too dark, would have prefered first level. Food is great and really tasty. Order at least 4 things from the food menu to be satisfied. However, ordering everything via the app is probably very conveniant for the staff (less to do and take care of) but a big hassle and annoyance for us, the customers. They do bring the food to the table, but all drink orders you need to pick up yourselves at the bar. Which for us, in the basement, added to all the hassle. Ordered a bottle of wine to go with the food, and got a notification in the midst of eating that the order could be picked up. All in all, happy with the food, but not with all the self-serving - dont think we'll return, nor recommend others of this...

A fun concept, I think my favorite thing about it was the ease of having a large group. Instead of having to figure out what each person owed and who needed to pay who, we could each order and pay for our own meal through the app. It also made it easy to have good service, as we ordered when we wanted, paid when we were ready, etc.

As for the food itself, like any restaurant some things were better than others. Some plates were also smaller than others. I included my drink in several of my pictures for scale (keep in mind the cutlery was half the size of normal cutlery). I recommend the dirty fries, as they were both large and tasty.
