Absolutely horrible experience. My advice is don't bother with this place unless you're a personal friend of the wait staff. I have never been treated so off handedly.

I sat at my table for 30 mins, and not one member of staff approached me, let alone bothered to take my order, despite walking past my table several times. Indeed, the same one who'd advised me to pick a table, stood for 10 minutes idly chatting to her friends, in full view of everyone. Eventually, I left, hungry and angry, and am now eating back at my hotel.

At first, I thought it was me, as after all, they weren't that busy and had enough staff, but then I spotted similar comments going back over a year.

Dear owners, rather than issuing the same tired old apologies over and over again, please do something, like appoint an effective and competent manager. While you are at it, get rid of your lazy and icompetent staff, as after all, they have no concept of customer service.

We had the beastburger, who was fantastic, very delicious and fresh. With French fries and fried potatoes a side a huge cup of Mayo. We got the Caribbean delight I can’t recommend. It’s either the combination or the missing / wrong rum for this cocktail, it does not taste good. I love a good dark and stormy and I recommend to follow the original recipe and use Bundaberg ginger beer (or equivalent). The espresso was okay (hard to find good coffee in restaurants in Copenhagen). We finished with a huge lemon sorbet, it was almost too much as a dessert (can you have too much dessert? 😂) very tasty! The food was fantastic, unfortunately it was just one waiter for the whole outdoor area, fully crowded inside. We never waited too long and were treated well, but we saw others that just left because it took too long. The outside Ambiente was okay-ish. We came here for a graduation dinner with the family of my GF and found the service questionable to say the least. The waitress seemed quite lost (was one of her first days, so we can let that slide), and none of our requests to check if the sun shade could be brought slightly lower to keep her grandma from getting too much sun. In addition, our starters were delivered way before the drinks, which took way too long (about 15 mins) for a few juices and a few drinks. All this was of course delivered without any napkins or wet wipes to go with the finger food starter (basket of onion rings, wings and mozzarella sticks).
