An Unforgettable Dining Experience

I recently visited SNOBS and was absolutely blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel like a valued guest, and the service was top-notch—efficient, attentive, and full of genuine hospitality.

Now, let’s talk about the food! Every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The hummus was creamy and rich, the baba ghanoush had a deep smoky taste, and the yogurt salad added a refreshing touch. The grilled meats, including the sheesh tawook (both chicken and meat), were tender and juicy, while the sausage was perfectly spiced. The fried fish was a standout—crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth soft on the inside. The grilled shrimp had an amazing smoky char, and the wara’ enab mashy (stuffed grape leaves) was packed with delicious filling. Even the appetizers, like the crunchy spring rolls, were delightful.

Beyond the food, the ambiance was truly magical. The restaurant played beautiful old music that transported me straight to 1950s Italy, creating an incredibly romantic setting. The decorations were elegant, adding to the charm of the place.

Overall,SNOBS is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates great food, excellent service, and a cozy yet romantic atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a special night out or just a fantastic meal, this place delivers on every level. I can’t wait to return to Luxur just to eat there again...

We came to Snobs twice during our visit to Luxor. Snobs really has one of the warmest, most calm homely atmospheres I've ever felt in a restaurant. The walls of the restaurant are decorated with 20s style posters, and vintage artists such as the Courdettes play in the background. The owner is the loveliest man that welcomes you warmly. He speaks very good English and explains the dishes to help you decide. The food is sublime! The first night we chose the spring rolls and the beef tagine with rice. The spring rolls are home made and come with what I think was a homemade chilli chutney and soy sauce - all delicious. The beef is succulent and the tagine gravy is rich and full of flavour. The next night we had the spring rolls again. We also opted for the chicken and egg fried rice with the chicken curry. The owner was very generous and gave us our own plate of rice each.
