Tourist scam here!! Make sure you ask for drinks menu BEFORE you order to get the price or else you will be charged triple the price or more. We came here for a buffet lunch with our tour guide as part of our tour organised by Nice Tours. From when we arrived the waiter was very pushy in trying to get us to order juice drinks from the start without showing us the menu. Drinks were not included in price. Partly our own fault for not asking for a drinks menu beforehand but we ordered 2 large bottles of water and a fanta and it came to €9 total (490 Egyptian pounds) when it should have been 150 Egyptian max for the 3. When settling up the bill we questioned the waiter and owner on the prices and he only showed us one available menu which was all listed in €€€ Euro. After reading other comments it is clear that this is a scam designed to extract money out of tourists. We felt the tour guide could have done more to back us up and not set us up for the scam. It is only small money in the grand scheme of things but in Egypt in general it feels like a lot of places are trying to extract as much money from you as they can and are not fair in how they deal with tourists. !Avoid Tourist Scam!

I visited a restaurant and encountered a deliberate scam targeting tourists. When I initially ordered, they gave me a menu with the original prices. Later, when I wanted to order another drink and asked for the menu again, they brought a different one with stickers covering the original prices, showing higher amounts. I didn't react and placed my order. However, when I asked for the receipt, it listed prices double the amount shown on the stickered menu. Realizing I was being scammed, I confronted the staff. I went downstairs to talk to the owner, and after we did the math, he admitted they overcharged me. But when I asked them to take off the charge for a drink I didn’t even finished, his attitude completely changed, and he refused. When I called them out for scamming tourists, he didn’t even care, proving they’re only after your money. Avoid this place—it's a blatant...

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Myself and my boyfriend came here for dinner and a drink and we were left utterly disappointed. While the staff seemed welcoming at first and service was not slow we felt as though everything was very rushed. We ordered a wine and whiskey to drink and both had a potent taste. I then attempted to order a beef picate as a main but half of the items on the menu were unavailable. We were left with no other choice but to both order the crispy chicken which once again left us disappointed. It was plain and looked like it cooked from frozen from the local supermarket. To top all of this the menu we were handed was different than the one online with the prices being in euros and at a much higher price.
