Hate to do this to any place but I would give this place several negative stars if possible. My brothers and I came here to order cortados at 3pm on a Wednesday and the white male server with glasses and long hair basically stared at us blankly for several minutes pretending not to understand and then said that they didn’t have any left (in a curt manner too, very distasteful). He refused to further engage with us after. What kind of a cafe does not have coffee available?
This server had no issues serving the customers before and after us in a friendly manner. I have never received such deplorable service from any other establishment I’ve been to in Helsinki. This left us with such a bad impression of the place that I will definitely not be coming back here, and will discourage anyone else to do so until they train their staff properly.

It was a huge, fresh salad with a really generous portion of both salmon and chicken which I thought was very good value for €16. You could also help yourself to bread and butter from the buffet. Inside they have a range of seating like chairs and tables and sofas and armchairs. Outside there is a patio on the pavement with patio furniture. They have food available all day in case you're eating outside of normal...

I left with a vanilla blueberry bun and a cinnamon roll and both are absolutely amazing, soft and not too sweet and so flavourful and delicious. The staff were extremely welcoming and the atmosphere of the place and the wide variety of different types of seating choices – – there were three different rooms easily accessible all of them, with big common tables, more private tables for two or four, there were couches there were soft chairs there were corners to hide in or places to be more social in I could not ask for a better café in any way . I am not sure what the other review person meant about the service being confusing or complicated because it isn't it's very...
