Terrible experience!!!! We were a party of 4 we were seated at our table and ordered drinks and food. Before we had even finished our poppadoms, the very rude waiter told us to "hurry up" and tried to take our plates as they were busy and starters were ready. Starters, we ok. Despite being rushed, we then had a very long wait for our main dishes. The mains finally arrived - but with no rice and one dish was wrong, we all heard our friend order a prawn dish and she got lamb kebab, once again very rudely the waiter flat told her she was wrong and she ordered the kebab, she definitely did not. Begrudgingly, the waiter took it away after arguing that it was her fault. We still had no rice by this time . 10 mins later, when the rice arrived, all our food was cold. When we pointed this out once again, the waiter did not care and just srugged his shoulders at us, he snatched my dish away, and brought it back barely reheated!! At the end of our very average cold dinner, the bill was slammed on the table! We were really looking to enjoy a lovely Indian meal, and we have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before. It was the worst service I have ever experienced. From reading the rest of the replies, I'm sure the restaurant will somehow blame us for our terrible experience rather than just apologies as they don't seem to want to take responsibility...

We had reserved a table at Mumbai Café Cannes for new years eve and for my boyfriend birthday with 3 weeks notice. We arrived on time but the restaurant was already full and they had no free table for us. The servants told us to come a little bit later. We wait almost 2 hours and then the servant lead us to a table that was free but the owner come and said this table was not for us and he let people from the street go before us. We did not get any table this evening. 😔😪 I'm very disappointed because we don't have family here and we was looking forward to celebrating there 😔😪 This is not okay because they totally ignore that we had reserved a table for this evening 😔😪 We was not drunk and not rude... the only thing I could say was "but we reserved a table" because I was chocked..

To answer the comment from the restaurant below. Yes I was in your restaurant 3 weeks before to reserve a table. The servants write it in the book right front of me. The same servants that you asked when we arrived if we reserved a table and he said yes. It hade been better for you if you hade take responsibility and said I'm sorry for this mistake instead of making us feel worse of what happened with trying to let it look better for you saying we did not reserved because...
