Baba Yaga Paris — Restaurant in Paris

I went here last night in a group of 4, one of my friends doesn’t drink alcohol so he was having water and the rest of us were drinking cocktails. After 2 rounds of cocktails the barman comes out and insists that my friend who doesn’t drink orders something. I explained he doesn’t drink and he insisted that he should buy something without alcohol. After a lot of arguing we left. We went out to have a good time, not argue with a barman. We would have stayed and had another €30, maybe €60 of cocktails, but instead this rude barman insists that he wants our friend to order a €5 coke. Why would you want to lose business like that? Baba Yaga in Paris is an amazing place to be! Great atmosphere, superior cocktails at reasonable prices, happy hour beer and drinks and above all a super friendly, helpful and funny bartender/ owner who was the reason we came back time after time in our 4 day trip to Paris, even though we could have gone to any of the thousand other bars in Paris. Stopped in here before another event one night and enjoyed 2 of the most delicious drinks I've had. While they were lovely and complex, they were not pretentious. Excellent service also, as even though it ssemed to be really busy, we were attended to in a way that we didn't feel ignored or forgotten.
