Sadelle's at Kith Paris — Restaurant in Paris

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had this happened today 3 October at around 1230 PM we were only two people the restaurant was crowded but we were seated immediately and that’s where the positives ended every single table that came after us received their food quickly even those who ordered the exact same dishes while we sat for over an hour with nothing but drinks my tea literally went cold on the table while we kept being told just two more minutes after waiting an entire hour I asked for the check and they even added food to the bill that was never served when I refused they removed it but still showed zero professionalism not even a simple apology in the end I only paid for the drinks which cost 15 euros and even that amount felt completely undeserved the service was careless disrespectful and absolutely unacceptable if they can’t handle two guests properly I can’t imagine how they treat larger groups if you value your time money or basic customer service avoid this place...

AMAZING! It’s walk-ins only. We went there during a busy period & had to wait 30-40mins but they text you once the table is ready so you don’t have to sit & wait, which was great. Staff were all friendly, service was super fast! Never had to beckon anyone over to be served. Waiters know the menu & are able to give recommendations which is a good part of service for first time goers who aren’t sure what to get. The music was lovely, they have a live DJ mixing whilst you dine. Upon entry there’s like a designer collectibles store to your right which was cool. The flavours……MWAH chefs kiss I had the eggs, potatoes & bagel, virgin mojito. Simple right…but the flavours were far from simple. Upscale, location without the upscale prices! Considering where you’re actually dining, the price is very affordable. I think my bill was about €40. Only thing I would say, if you’re going in a group of more than 3people…good luck. The space is a bit small & I wouldn’t recommend it as a place for large...

I visited Kith today for brunch, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.

First, the prices listed on their official website were not the same as the ones on the menu at the restaurant. The service was also quite poor, very slow and disorganized. We had to repeat our order to three different servers before finally receiving what we asked for.

When the food arrived, it was a letdown. The bagels were old, hard, and definitely not fresh. The French toast was burned and greasy. Overall, the quality did not justify the prices.

To make matters worse, after paying, I realized I was charged €10 more than expected. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask for the receipt at the time, so I couldn’t double-check right away.

All in all, this was a very unsatisfying experience. Between the inconsistent pricing, disorganized service, poor food quality, and overcharging, I would not...
