Brasserie K Strasbourg — Restaurant in Strasbourg

Good choices and variety for filling food though with limited choices for local Strasbourg cuisine. Good for dinner especially when you’re already too tired to go out further into the city centre and if you’re staying at the next-door hotel.

Great customer service from the brassiere staff. I ordered room service and I thought they forgot my smoothie order but they corrected this very promptly without me having to follow up. My favourite of my two orders (one for room service and the other at the restaurant) was the roasted octopus served with my smoothie.

The service was abysmal. Had to ask for someone to come and serve us and the place was only about 1/3 full so could not understand why. Breakfast was powdered eggs and had poor choice. Limited dinner menu and the dish I ordered was chicken and one piece of it was bloody. Would not recommend at all. Overall poor service.

J’y avais déjeuné le midi, et parfait !

Je souhaite dîner le soir, alors je m’y rend et commande en entrée : 1 foie gras (17,00€) 1 souris agneau (28,00€) 1 verre de vin (6,00€) Une table pour 1 personne à 50€ Jusqu’à là pas de problème pour le prix !

Mais, bonne table je pense …

La personne m’apporte le foie gras avec un bout de baguette, je lui demande s’ils ont pas un pain spécial ou une brioche qui l’accompagnerait ?

Et la me répond « non il n’y a à que ça » du coup je souhaite changer de plat, et clairement sensation étrange de dérangement avec un comportement désagréable, sans aucune volonté de récupération.

Je suis partie et j’ai tout annulé. Il m’a même invité à sortir du restaurant !

La serveuse était très dérangée par le comportement de son « responsable ».

J’invite la direction à faire un point avec ce monsieur se présentant comme responsable !
