By far the best meal we had during our trip to Paris and Strasbourg. The service was attentive without being fussy and the atmosphere was perfect for a quiet evening. The food was simply amazing! The flavor combinations, the umami…the plating and pleasing colors; all just magnificent! The beef was some of the best I have ever eaten anywhere and cooked to perfection, the accompanying local vegetables were roasted and delicious! The desserts were perfect. The meal was excellent and an incredible value for the price. The tournedos was so delicate and tender, the vegetables super flavorful and perfect, the entrecote was slightly chewy- my one complaint - but served with dramatic elan with the chef bringing a hot iron to your table to finish it. The cocotte egg was delicious, the foie gras was buttery and just melted in your mouth. Desserts were great too. A truly fantastic meal, definitely worth coming for. i heard a lot of good reviews about this place, in the end the food does not live up to its expectations at all, almost raw meat, tasteless cooked

secondly, inattentive staff, handling of the dish with the iron (the main one) is terrible, they almost hit me on the head with it

furthermore, i was constantly ignored by staff, they brought 3 ordered dishes instead of 2, refused to remove the excess, we were waiting for the bill almost 20 minutes

at the end, a poorly spent evening with bad food and terrible staff, not...
