The food here is undeniably delicious, and we were initially enjoying our experience. However, one incident completely ruined our visit. We ordered several dishes, and everything arrived promptly—except for one. Thinking the order was simply forgotten, we didn’t mind since we were already quite full.

When we asked for the bill, we noticed we were charged for the missing dish. We politely mentioned this to the waiter, who then informed us the dish needed 15 more minutes to be ready. This meant we would have waited a total of 75 minutes for one dish—far too long for a single item.

When we explained we no longer wanted the dish, the waiter insisted we take it to go. I mentioned that, given it contained a raw egg, it wouldn’t be safe to eat later. At that point, the waiter became rude, yelling and insulting us in a language we didn’t understand, even taking away my beer before I’d finished. Despite everything, they still charged us for the dish we neither ate nor took with us.

This situation left us feeling disappointed and disrespected. Business owners, please remember: your staff are the face of your restaurant. Hospitable, honest service is just as important...

The highlight of my visit was, of course, the khinkali! They were perfectly crafted, with a delicate dough and a flavorful filling that burst with juice in every bite. In addition to the khinkali, I also sampled their traditional Georgian breads and side dishes, which complemented the meal beautifully. I ordered grilled chicken with pomegranate but then they mistakenly served me with fried chicken and ketchup. I understood when I already ate a portion of that. When I asked for the correction, they just said to me that we cannot fix it because you have eaten a part of it.
